About
Kassidy brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to the team with an M.S. in Information Technology (Web Design) from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.A. in English and Women & Gender Studies from West Chester University. As our Brand & IT Manager, she builds and maintains our website, manages social media, and oversees all marketing materials and technical operations.

In addition to her work with the medspa, Kassidy is also a core team member at the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), where she leads brand development, digital strategy, and systems infrastructure for the school. She supports curriculum organization, compliance documentation, and the backend operations that keep IOMA running efficiently and professionally.

Based in Philadelphia, Kassidy typically works remotely but joins us in person about once a week. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader, true crime enthusiast, and documentary lover. Kassidy also loves spending time with her family, friends, fiancé, and mini Golden Doodle, Franklin.
