Good Fatih Exam
~15-30 min - $50-100
A Good Faith Exam is required before applicable medical aesthetic treatments at James Street MedSpa, including injectables. The exam is completed as part of your Botox or filler consultation and allows your provider to review your medical history, discuss your goals, identify any potential contraindications, and medically clear you for treatment.
If you are new to injectable or medical aesthetic services at James Street MedSpa, your Good Faith Exam must be completed before treatment. In many cases, treatment may be performed during the same appointment once you have been medically cleared.
Good Faith Exams are valid for one year and may be completed in person or virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. If a valid Good Faith Exam has not been completed before an appointment requiring one, treatment may need to be rescheduled.
Dr. Keyvani Injectable Consultation
$100
Your Good Faith Exam is completed as part of your Botox or filler consultation with Nazafarine Keyvani, DO. If you receive an injectable treatment during the same appointment, $50 of the consultation fee will be applied toward your service. If no treatment is performed that day, the full $100 consultation fee applies.
Maddy Injectable Consultation
$50
Your Good Faith Exam is completed as part of your Botox or filler consultation with Maddy Nemeth, NP. If you receive an injectable treatment during the same appointment, the full $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your service. If no treatment is performed that day, the $50 consultation fee applies.
Neurotoxins (botox)
Begins at $10 per unit
Botulinum toxin injections are used to temporarily relax targeted muscles to soften the appearance of dynamic lines and wrinkles, including those on the forehead and around the eyes. Treatment can also be used in other areas based on your individual needs and goals, including the hands and underarms.
Filler
Begins at $650 per syringe
Facial fillers are injected into the lines, folds, and tissues of the face to decrease the appearance of wrinkles and restore the facial fullness that decreases with age.
