Good Fatih Exam
~15-30 min - $100
A Good Faith Exam is required in the state of Pennsylvania before receiving any medical-grade treatment, including injectables. This consultation ensures that you are medically cleared for treatment and that we have a complete understanding of your health history, your goals, and any considerations needed to treat you safely.

If you are new to injectables or new to receiving medical services at James Street MedSpa, you must complete a Good Faith Exam before your appointment. In most cases, your injectable treatment can be performed the same day, as long as your exam has been completed in advance.

The Good Faith Exam is valid for one year. For your convenience, Good Faith Exams can be completed virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Please note that appointments scheduled without a valid Good Faith Exam may need to be rescheduled to maintain the highest standard of health and safety for our clients.
Neurotoxins (botox)
