Good Faith Exam
~15-30 min - $100
A Good Faith Exam is required by the state of Pennsylvania before receiving any medical-grade aesthetic treatment, including injectables. At James Street MedSpa, Good Faith Exams may be completed with either Nazafarine Keyvani, DO or Maddy Nemeth, NP. This consultation ensures that you are medically cleared for treatment and allows us to review your health history, discuss your goals, and identify any considerations needed to provide safe, personalized care.
If you are new to injectables or new to receiving medical services at James Street MedSpa, you must complete a Good Faith Exam before your appointment. In many cases, your injectable treatment can be performed the same day, provided your Good Faith Exam has been completed.
Your Good Faith Exam is valid for one year from the date of your visit. For added convenience, Good Faith Exams are also available virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Please note that appointments requiring a valid Good Faith Exam may need to be rescheduled if an exam has not been completed prior to treatment to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania regulations and the highest standard of patient safety.
