After completing her esthetics training, Ashlee launched her career as a laser technician. Years of experience in a medical setting deepened her passion for skin health and inspired her to build meaningful, long-term connections with her clients. Alongside her expertise in laser treatments, she’s also trained in permanent makeup, specializing in microblading.

Ashlee’s commitment to education and industry standards led her to co-found the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), a licensed private school dedicated to elevating training, safety, and professionalism in the aesthetic and medical aesthetic fields. Through IOMA, she helps guide the next generation of aestheticians with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and real-world skills.
