About Me
Born and raised in Philly, Ashley grew up with a strong health and wellness background. She has a broad range of skills and knowledge but has a passion for helping others and making them feel their best. Ashley graduated from Rizzieri School of Healing Arts in South Jersey in 2018 and fell in love with hot stone massage and cupping. From her time working as a psych technician, Ashley gained an appreciation and understanding for helping those with their mental health and took a special interest in utilizing massage for PTSD and trauma treatment. In addition to her love of relaxation, she is a certified pilates instructor. In her spare time, Ashley loves the art of storytelling, appreciates a good documentary, and spends time with her husband and son, lovingly nicknamed, “The Boys”.
